Returns
It is possible to return your order, but please note there are some conditions:
- Within 14 days upon arrival of your package you have to indicate to forest and bear (e-mail: hello@forestandbear.nl) that you want to return your order. The e-mail has to contain the following: name, adres, order number and what products you would like to return). Please allow 48 hours for your return to be approved.
- Products need to be in good condition and unused if you return them. And if possible in the original packaging.
- Use the box that was used originally to ship the product(s) (or a similar box) to return the product(s).
- Costs: you are responsible for return shipping costs. Forest and bear does not provide shipping labels. Please keep the track and trace code - this is your proof that you send back the product(s).
- It is not possible to exchange products
The refund will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible (please allow 5-7 working days) after we physically received the products and did our quality check.

If you want to cancel your order please e-mail us at hello@forestandbear.com. Please not that if your order already has shipped a cancellation will not be possible.
