We ship Monday - Friday and your order is shipped out within two business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. If your order is delayed we will inform you via e-mail.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation notice sent to the email address used to place your order.
Please check your tracking information for the delivery date, this will depend on the country you are from and the speed of the local postal service (we are not responsible for delivery delays).
If you use a:
- PO box,
- Shipping location/store
- Shipping warehouses,
- Freight forwarders
- or other similar locations
as a shipping address, please note that we are not responsibly for those deliveries. We will not provide refunds of replacements for those shipments if they are confirmed to be delivered by the shipping provider.
Damage / missing items
Products damaged in transit must be reported to Forest and Bear within 72 hours of receiving the parcel.
